IS Specialist

The IS Specialist will assist the IS Manager in installing and maintaining software, hardware and networking support for Cedar Lake Lodge and Cedar Lake Residences properties. The IS Specialist will also provide technical advice and support to system-wide users.

The position requires: A minimum of two to four years of related experience and a minimum of an Associates Degree in a related field.

Must understand installation, configuration and troubleshooting processes for software, hardware, networking and accessory equipment in a multi-site environment.

Must have advanced networking knowledge, Windows XP, 2000, MS-Exchange and Outlook skills; HTML or XML programming experience, MS-Access, Excel and Linux skills a plus.

Microsoft and/or A+ certification preferred.

Location: Louisville Business Office, Cedar Lake Lodge and at CLR residences as needed.
