Cedar Lake Lodge:
An Intermediate Care Facility for persons with Mental Retardation (ICF/MR) located at 3301 Jericho Road in LaGrange, KY. The Lodge is home to 87 adults, with an emphasis on serving individuals with the most severe and profound intellectual disabilities, those with medically complex diagnoses, dementia and co-occurring and behavioral disabilites.

Cedar Lake Residences:
CLR serves more than 120 individuals with mild to severe intellectual and developmental disabilities. 100 of those are served within six different residential options, including staffed residences, group homes and staffed apartments, which provide 24/7 staff supervision, as well as transitional homes and supported independent living apartments, which provide intermittent care.

Partnership Challenge
 

For the 2008-09 school year, Cedar Lake partnered with Louisville Collegiate School for our Partnership Challenge Outreach Project. This successful partnership culminated in a 5K race held on May 9. Click here for more information on the outreach.
