Kentucky Pooled Special Needs Trust

The Kentucky Pooled special Needs Trust (KPSNT) was established by the Cedar Lake Foundation in 2002 for the benefit of persons in Kentucky with intellectual disabilities and other developmental disabilities. Trusts like ours have the approval of the United States government. Though the KPSNT is the first of its kind in Kentucky, there are several other states with similar "pooled special needs trusts."

The KPSNT will enable you to provide financial security for your loved one after you are gone without endangering existing government benefits.
