Application Process

Cedar Lake’s services are available to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who reside within a reasonable distance to our service locations in Jefferson, Oldham or Henry counties of Kentucky. Kentucky residency requirements are typically required for those who wish to access state Medicaid benefits.
