Cedar Lake Lodge:
An Intermediate Care Facility for persons with Mental Retardation (ICF/MR) located at 3301 Jericho Road in LaGrange, KY. The Lodge is home to 87 adults, with an emphasis on serving individuals with the most severe and profound intellectual disabilities, those with medically complex diagnoses, dementia and co-occurring and behavioral disabilites.

Cedar Lake Residences:
CLR serves more than 120 individuals with mild to severe intellectual and developmental disabilities. 100 of those are served within six different residential options, including staffed residences, group homes and staffed apartments, which provide 24/7 staff supervision, as well as transitional homes and supported independent living apartments, which provide intermittent care.

The Foundation exists as the resource development arm of Cedar Lake, raising friends and funds to ensure the success of Cedar Lake’s mission of assisting persons with intellectual disabilities to experience and enjoy the highest quality of life of which they are capable.

Partnership Challenge
  2009-2010 Outreach

Cedar Lake and Louisville Collegiate School are collaborating on our Partnership Outreach project. The 2009-2010 Outreach culminates in our third 5K run/walk to be held on Saturday, May 8. This year, the 5K and 1-mile Fun Run will be held at twilight (6 p.m.) in the Historic Cave Hill Cemetery on Grinstead Drive across from Collegiate. For more information or to register, click here.
